It is quite rare to find agents like Teresa who is incredibly knowledgeable and wants to do what is best for their client. She is very articulate and can quickly point out the good and bad points about a house. She is also knowledgeable about remodeling and if a particular house is otherwise good but is not suitable in some ways, she can suggest how one can make it better and can give rough ideas. She also has a lot of contacts with contractors that she can put you in touch with during and after the house purchase process. She answers to text messages late in the night and has many times come to show a house a second time late in the evenings.
